Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

   1. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between MKR Wedding cards and its clients, herein referred to as "the Client", in relation to the production and supply of wedding cards.

2. Orders

   1. All orders placed by the Client shall be subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order.

   2. Orders shall be placed in electronically by chat in WhatsApp , specifying the quantity, design, and any customization requirements.

   3. All communications should be in WhatsApp,

   4. Our response for the Client's enquiry and messages will be in between 10:00 am &  5:30 pm 

3. Payment

   1. - 350₹ time of content sharing from the total amount

   2. - Half of the balance amount time of proof approval

   3. - Balance amount time of dispatch

   4. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.

4. Design and Customization

   1. The Client acknowledges that all designs, including customized designs, remain the intellectual property of the Company. we don't share any open file or workable, printable files to client 

   2. Any alterations or modifications to the design requested by the Client may incur additional charges, to be agreed upon before implementation.

5. Production and Delivery

   1. The Company shall make every effort to produce and deliver the wedding cards within the agreed timeframe. (We need 2 days for normal text arrangement and designing once we send proof then after verifying client can suggest corrections in text. in need to change design then it will take another 2 days. once all set 5 working days need for printing. and 2 days for ribbon work and punching of eyelet in its applicable cards) However, the Company shall not be liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control.

   2. Our service available only in Kerala, Parcel  charges should pay from client side and the item should collect from the parcel or courier office 

   3. Other than Kerala and tamandu courier time & it's cost asper the service client choose.

6. Quality

   1. The Company warrants that all wedding cards supplied shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

   2. Any defects or discrepancies in the wedding cards must be reported to the Company within a reasonable time after delivery, failing which the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

   3. 2 to 3 percentage damage can be there so we have calculate price according to that only

   4. since this is offset multicolour printing and its a clubbing with many other work, colour can be little lighter or darken from the final proof which we shared in WhatsApp. also small colour can be there which will not be there in the proof

7. Correction after final approval

   1. within 30:00 minutes of client approval we will start production client can make changes before that. but its 30 minute later then we are not sure 

8. Limitation of Liability

   1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the production or supply of wedding cards.

   2. The total liability of the Company under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total value of the order

9. Amendments

   1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments shall be notified to the Client in writing and shall be binding upon acceptance.

By placing an order with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
